      <image:caption>Tobias Keene, D.D.S. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Ayelet’s love of movement began when she was a child always playing outside, swimming and running. After graduating with a B.A in public health she began working in a physical therapy clinic as a PT Tech where she obtained a Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification from the NASM and a Pilates Certification from Body Arts &amp; Sciences International. She enjoys helping individuals with back pain and has experience working with gait instability, osteoporosis, neuropathy, fibromyalgia and scoliosis, as well as dancers and athletes. She believes training should be functional and enjoyable. In her spare time she likes to test people’s pain tolerance for her singing and watching her daughters play.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Madelyn Berdes-Golliher has been involved with the Dance/Pilates world for over 30 years.  She danced professionally in New York City with The Joffrey and The Eliot Feld Ballet companies and in Europe with Tanz Forum in Koln, Germany and the Zurich Ballet in Switzerland during the 80’s.  She was both cast member and Dance Captain for Andrew LLoyd Webber’s production of “The Phantom of the Opera” in Los Angeles and in San Francisco throughout the 90’s.  Her Pilates career began in 2000 with training under Romana Kryzanowska, Mari Winsor, Josette LaMotte and Maria Leone.  She received her certification from Physicalmind Institute.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>This class is best suited for those who have some Pilates experience. ReformFit pilates is a fitness based, contemporary pilates class that provides an invigorating routine that engages your body from the inside out. Work on your core, upper and lower body and even have a little stretch and regeneration time. You will be changing positions, planking, pulling, lifting, rotating and burning as your body releases endorphins and your mind brightens. ReformFit in studio classes primarily utilize the Pilates Reformer but may also include mat, jump-board exercises. Grip socks are required.</image:caption>
